-I, as the Applicant, here indicate by my signature that:
-I have read and have understood the Florida Christian University Catalog Online and agree
to abide by the standards as set forth;
-I acknowledge that no other representations have been made to me, in writing or orally,
other than stated in that Catalog;
-I have agreed to uphold the policies of this institution;
-I have answered all application questions accurately;
-I have told the truth to the best of my ability in this application;
-I agree to the release of my transcripts and test scores to this institution;
-I have been notified of my rights as accorded by the Privacy Rights;
-I understand that all applicable fees for enrollment into the university must be paid in advance of enrollment (Application, Evaluation, Registration, and First Tuition);
-I understand that all monthly payments are due on the agreed due date when initially enrolled.
I have up to 5 days grace period. After the 5th day from the due date late I understand that the
Initial fees (application, evaluation and registration fees) are non-refundable if applicants fail
to withdraw their application within three business days after enrollment;
-I understand that Florida Christian University is certified by The Florida Council of
Private Colleges, Inc. (FCPC); FCU is exempt of licensure and exempt of the or purview of the Commission for Independent Education (CIE), Florida Board of Education (FBE);
-I understand that the process of degree validation in a foreign country is not a responsibility
of Florida Christian University;
-I understand that any consulate matter is not a responsibility of FCU.
